I was watching Independence Day yesterday on Channel 5, and couldn't help but wonder how corny storylines used to be.

Saying that though, I realise even more so how un-corny storylines generally are now.
It is probably a double paradox for script writers. Make it corny= people cringe and dislike the stuff you write. however, in order to be un-corny it has to be a surprise. First of all, it probably is very difficult to come up with a new twist every single time, and it has come to a point where a surprise is warranted and expected.

Hence, the only movies that, in my opinion, are worth watching are those which have interesting elements. for me, no longer are the actors and directors important, but rather the 'brandname' of the movie takes precedence.

Anyway, I couldn't really concentrate properly on the movie cuz i was so pissed at my phone not working. It's been jammed since last evening, and had a short recovery just now, i think it's jammed again. I can't press the buttons/i press the wrong icon even though i'm pressing the right one.. makes sense?

HOW's EVERYONE (Anyone, who reads this cobweb laden blog of mine :) )
It's been a mixed season for me, attended a course at agbc (reflection below), and after that have been going out a lot, got to a point whence i was so tired at the end of outings i'd quite literally fall asleep on the way home (sry deeb and timo heh)
There've been really fun fun outings and stuff.
Gar, can't wait for army eh.

You know, things have their reasons, and I have mine. :)
